About the event

Next in Line is a one-year youth leadership and mentorship pipeline for girls ages 13–19, designed to intentionally place young women in proximity to successful women entrepreneurs, leadership environments, and meaningful community service opportunities.

This program bridges the gap between inspiration and experience by placing girls in the room, in the work, and in proximity to women who are building, leading, and serving.

Participants don’t just learn about leadership — they observe it, assist in it, and grow through it.

THE NEXT IN LINE PIPELINE MODEL

Next in Line is structured to guide girls through three core experiences:

1. Exposure

Girls gain first-hand exposure to:

  • Women entrepreneurs and business owners

  • Professional events and leadership spaces

  • Real conversations about purpose, business, and confidence

Participants are invited into HER TIME’s quarterly events to observe, assist, and learn in a professional setting.

2. Engagement

Girls actively engage through:

  • Volunteering at HER TIME’s quarterly spotlight events

  • Supporting event logistics and community initiatives

  • Participating in group mentorship and leadership development sessions

This phase teaches:

  • Professional behavior

  • Communication skills

  • Responsibility and teamwork

3. Empowerment

Through continued participation, girls:

  • Build confidence and leadership presence

  • Develop a sense of purpose and service

  • Learn how women support women across generations

  • Begin to envision their own future paths in leadership, entrepreneurship, or service

WHO THE PROGRAM IS FOR

Next in Line is designed for:

  • Girls ages 13–19

  • Students who are open to learning, serving, and growing

  • Young women who would benefit from real-world exposure, not just classroom-style instruction

No experience is required — just a willingness to show up, learn, and serve.
