Next In Line: Building Legacies, One Girl at a Time

About the Program

Next In Line is a one-year youth mentorship pipeline based in Minnesota, specifically designed for young women aged 13–19. We believe that to heal our community’s future, we must invest in the leadership and character of our girls today. By blending entrepreneurship, college readiness, and character building, we transform participants into "Legacy Builders"—confident leaders ready to break generational cycles and thrive.

The Three Pillars of Evolution

• Exposure: We open doors to new professional circles and college environments. From campus tours to "college for a day" experiences, we demystify the path to higher education and elite career fields.

• Engagement: Our Legacy Builders don’t just watch; they do. Through group business creation and event planning, girls take on real-world roles that demand accountability, public speaking, and strategic thinking.

• Empowerment: We provide the tools for self-determination. By connecting students with successful role models who share their heritage, we foster a sisterhood that reinforces their worth and potential.

Who the Program is For

Next In Line is for the ambitious, the curious, and the resilient young minority women of Minnesota (ages 13–19). Whether she is a student-athlete, an aspiring business owner, or a future community leader, this program is for the girl who is ready to claim her seat at the table.

What Participants Will Gain

• Business Mastery: Hands-on experience starting and managing a group business through the Her Time to Shine program.

• College Readiness: Direct support with applications, financial literacy, and campus exposure.

• Ethical Leadership: A strong foundation in character and values through our Rich In Character curriculum.

• Social Capital: A network of professional mentors and a lifelong sisterhood of fellow Legacy Builders.

What Parents Can Expect

Parents can expect to see their daughters develop a heightened sense of responsibility, confidence, and clarity for their future. We provide a safe, structured environment where girls are mentored by professional women and college students. Our "Her Time Bucks" reward system teaches the value of community service, ensuring your daughter learns that success is measured by the lives we touch, not just the money we make.

• College & Leadership: Bridging the gap to higher education through soft-skill workshops and structured mentorship.

• Character Readiness: In partnership with Rich In Character, we use a faith-based curriculum to foster the ethical heart of a leader. (Participation is voluntary and open to all).

• Her Time to Shine: An entrepreneurship framework where girls plan events for professional mentors, moving from aspiring dreamers to active business owners.

• Community Impact: Monthly volunteer initiatives that redefine what is possible, rewarding service with "Her Time Bucks" for spa days and group outings.
